The Wall Street Journal recently reported that some large companies -- including UPS, JP MorganChase, and Boeing -- are "requiring full-time attendance for at least some segment of their workforces. The push for in-person attendance reflects a desire among top executives to fully repopulate offices and to return to prepandemic ways of working.
