The C-Suite of most companies, especially large ones, include the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO). According to a 2015 survey, however, only 2% of manufacturing companies have a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), and 41% of the executives surveyed said that their companies did not have a supply chain executive position and had no intention of creating one.
