Minimum Wage in Warehousing

As 2021 begins, minimum wages in some US states have increased. President-elect Biden is also proposing raising the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour from the current $7.25/hr. For reference, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median pay for hand laborers and material movers, which includes frontline warehouse workers, was $13.80 per hour in 2019 . . .
