A simple definition of a control tower is "A connected, personalized dashboard of data, key business metrics and events across the supply chain that enables organizations to understand, prioritize and resolve critical issues in real time more fully." Some control towers span the end-to-end supply chain, while others focus on specific operations like transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
